We hope you love your sofa. If there is any damage, please let us know and we will correct it!

We offer a 3-year warranty on our furniture, covering defects in materials and workmanship, from the date of delivery. There is no charge to repair or replace items covered by the warranty.

In order for the warranty to be valid, you must be able to present the original purchase confirmation email containing the order number and email address used to place the order. The 3-year warranty only applies to products purchased directly from the Covercrafterr website. The warranty is void if the product has been resold or re-gifted by the original owner/purchaser. Our 3-year warranty covers all defective or damaged parts and manufacturing unrelated to consumer-caused damage or modifications. The warranty is only valid if the product is used for its intended purpose and exhibits normal use. Covercrafter's 3-year warranty does not cover defects or damage due to:

negligence
abuse
ACCIDENT
Use exception
Revise
Improper cleaning
pet
business use
Please note that replacements cannot be shipped internationally.

30-day price protection policy

If an item in your order goes on sale, Covercrafter offers a price protection policy for 30 days from the date of purchase. Note that this does not include limited-time price reductions, such as those that occur during special sales events. Additionally, this policy does not apply to any bundles or activities associated with ongoing promotions.

You must email us at xxx@Covercrafter.com within 30 days of the date of purchase and include your sales order number. Once verified, a store credit* will be credited to your account for the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price, redeemable for discount code vouchers on future purchases (*see store credit terms and conditions).

This policy does not provide cash refunds. If you choose to cancel your order and reorder under a new promotion, we will not be able to transfer your allocated inventory. New orders mean new allocations, which may push back your delivery date. Please note that the 30-day price protection policy is at the discretion of Covercrafter and is not guaranteed.
