Warranty Policy

Covecrafter offers a 3 year warranty on our furniture, covering defects in materials and workmanship, from the date of delivery. There is no charge to repair or replace items covered by the warranty.

In order for the warranty to be valid, you must be able to present the original purchase confirmation email containing the order number and email address used to place the order. The 3 year warranty only applies to products purchased directly from covecrafter. The warranty is void if the product has been resold or re-gifted by the original owner/purchaser. Our 3-year warranty covers all defective or damaged parts and manufacturing unrelated to consumer-caused damage or modifications. The warranty is only valid if the product is used for its intended purpose and exhibits normal use.

Defects or damage due to the following reasons are not covered by Covecrafter's 3-year warranty:

Negligence
Abuse
ACCIDENT
Use exception
Revise
Improper cleaning
Pet
Business use
