Shipping information


At Covecrafter, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our furniture. Our goal is to deliver your purchase to you in the fastest and most efficient manner. All of our products are fully packaged for safe shipping and will be handled by a professional third-party shipping company.

We work with multiple professional delivery partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Delivery speed depends on product type, product availability and distance from metropolitan areas.

All shipments are delivered between 9:00am and 7:00pm Monday through Friday, if you would like to find out if special time delivery is available in your area, please contact us before processing your order. Please understand that we may not be able to accommodate all requests.


Processing time: 
We usually process your order and arrange shipping within 1-3 working days after your order is placed.

TIPS: Due to Covid-19, Logistics information updates may be delayed by 1-2 days.  Once this happens, we will try our best to urge FEDEX/UPS to help you get the goods as soon as possible.


Shipping time:

We usually have 3-7 business days for delivery; 7-14 business days for delivery; and 14-28 business days for delivery, depending on your location. You can find out the shipping time to your location as shown below.

Shipping Area: US only (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, P.O.Box, APO, FPO and U.S. protectorates)


Delivery service:

Standard service

We will deliver your items to the ground floor, lobby or first dry area of your home (e.g. garage, front porch, lobby, etc.) or apartment building. Shipments to any address requiring the use of an elevator or stairs will be left at the elevator entrance or at the foot of the stairs.

To begin shipping, we will send you an email letting you know that your order is ready to ship. You will then receive a fixed delivery date with tracking information, or one of our delivery partners will contact you to arrange a delivery date and time window.


Receive items

Upon delivery, you or your nominated third party should carefully inspect the items before our delivery partner leaves the premises. Any damaged or defective items must be contacted within 14 days of delivery and noted on the proof of delivery. Please contact us with photos showing the damage or failure. We will reply within 2 working days.

Covecrafter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine whether a product or product component fails due to defect or wear and tear. Such replacement or repair will be provided at the sole discretion of Covecrafter. If replacement of defective goods cannot be arranged, Covecrafter reserves the right to offer a replacement or a full refund. All items will be repaired or replaced based on stock availability. 


Freight Arrangement and Tracking

You will receive an email notification when your order leaves our local warehouse.
For FedEx/UPS deliveries, you will get tracking information in your email.
For deliveries by one of our specialist carriers, the carrier will contact you directly to confirm the delivery date and timeframe.(Please note: The day the product arrived, logistics personnel will call you. Please ensure you can receive the package in person. If you have any unexpected events preventing you from receiving it in person, please inform the logistics personnel to ensure successful delivery.)

Delay/withhold shipment

Do you need us to hold your goods because your home is not ready yet? Simply place your order with us and respond to us with any special requests after receiving your order confirmation email.
If you're not ready to receive your order, Covecrafter will hold any shipment for a specified period of time at no charge. Requests must be made within 24 hours of the "Ready to Ship" email. If we do not receive a request to hold the order within 24 hours, the order will be processed.

We can provide 7 days free warehousing for all shipments. Your 7 days of free storage starts when you receive the "It's on the way!" message. Start sending emails and/or attempting delivery arrangements.

If you need to hold your shipment beyond the 7 days free storage period, we can hold it for up to an additional 7 days for an additional fee. Storage fees for the additional 7 days will be charged at 10% of the held order/product shipment value, plus tax.

Shipping/delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances
If a shipment is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, Covecrafter reserves the right to reschedule shipments, subject to the availability of the next open shipping date.

No specific delivery time can be provided. We will suggest a time frame but cannot guarantee it. Covecrafter shall not be liable for any consequences or any losses or expenses incurred (whether direct or indirect) arising out of delays in shipment/delivery of the Goods and such delays shall not entitle the Customer to treat this Agreement as a rejection by Covecrafter or any comparison thereof.


Re-delivery fee

Any last minute changes to the scheduled delivery date must be requested 3 working days prior to confirmation of delivery. Any last minute requests made after the above time frame are subject to a $200 re-delivery fee plus any applicable taxes.

Missed delivery
Our delivery partner will contact you to arrange your delivery time. Please note that if you cannot be contacted to arrange a delivery date with the carrier, your order will be canceled and a 20% restocking fee will apply. On the day of delivery, we need to contact you by phone or text message. If you do not arrive at your delivery address within the allocated delivery window and/or are unavailable, our delivery partner will wait approximately 15 minutes and then leave. All undeliverable orders will be returned to our distribution center and restocked.

If you need to reschedule delivery to the correct delivery address, we will contact you to arrange your next delivery and a $200 re-delivery fee will apply. If there are any necessary changes to your delivery slot, we ask that you notify our delivery partners at least three working days in advance.

Shipping address is incorrect
All undeliverable orders will be returned to our distribution center and restocked. If you need to reschedule delivery to the correct delivery address, we will contact you to arrange the next delivery and a $200 re-delivery fee will be charged.

Shipping restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse delivery of items to certain locations where we consider the risk of loss or damage to be higher, and to areas not accessible by our home delivery service.

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers as they are often too small to accommodate most of the items we sell.
