It's very sturdy and I feel like I could definitely do jumping jacks on it without hurting it. I'm 6'2" and I can lay on it perfectly. Also, I love that I can set it up in so many different ways. I think it's a great price for a good product and the size, shape, and color are almost exactly the same as I saw online.
