I was skeptical about this company. I’d never heard of them before and their prices seemed reasonable. I did some research and decided to give them a shot. I called to ask a couple questions before ordering and expected something like, “thank you for calling Covecrafters, may I help you?” But instead, was greeted with a surprised sounding “hello?” The gentleman, who answered what seemed to be his cell phone, was knowledgeable about the products so I lowered my defenses a bit. It took a few days for the items to ship, but once they did, they moved lightening fast. All the sofa modules were delivered to my house in huge cardboard boxes that were in good shape – not smashed or discolored. The sofa was nice – no funny smells or anything. I like the corduroy fabric. It was easy enough to screw on the legs and hook the modules together. The cushions are soft, yet supportive. Overall, I definitely recommend this company and this couch for initial experience. The jury is still out on warranty support, but haven’t needed that yet. Here are some pros and cons Pros: • I like the idea that if I damage a module, I can just order that single piece. • The covers are removeable for cleaning • The seating area is wide. It easily makes for a good sleeping area/bed • Lots of cushions • Price is very reasonable • Shipping is fast, once shipped (Free too!) • The couch is comfortable looks cool • 3-Year Warranty Cons • The seating level is a tad low (Maybe sell taller legs as an option) • The adjustable headrests are difficult to keep at one level. A simple bump and they move. (Maybe design clips to hold them in place.) • Not a huge con, but the seating area is long from back to front. Some legs may dangle. • Padding on armrests seems a little thin.
